There was a crowd of baths on the banks of river Ganges. On the auspicious occasion, all the sins were gone in the river Ganga, from the far away, the mouths were dark.
All were going to meditate bathing from their own time. At the same time there was a woman lying down in a pit. He was shouting for help and helping someone get out of that pit!
People extended their hands for help, but before the woman caught hold of her hand, she asked them - "If you are completely innocent. Only then you take me out. Otherwise the curse that is on me will move you. And I do not want to take this burden on myself. "

In the end a young man came. He had just recently come to the bath in the Ganges. The river was not dry from its body by its body. After hearing the sadness of that woman, he reached it. The woman repeated her again the same thing.

Yes it is believed that all sin are washed away if a person takes bath in great GANGES. Every year haridwar and rishikesh toured by thousands of tourist...As a HINDU i have the same faith too, But i go to those places as its really calm place and spiritually is their in the air.
But I know its a myth and how can someones sin can be washed away? Then everyone from haridwar or rishikesh would have gone to heaven..
As a human we should always try not to do any wrong doing and eventually with the humanities we ll one day goto heaven after death..
