What stood out to me right away, for the hell of it I checked it out...as I thought it was weird that Marcel Mellish contained the letters in Shrem.
Take them out and you get: A C L L L I and since there is no "Licensed Lava Lamp" repair shop (LLL) you are left with CIA

Creepy coincidence?
