Hi, @giantbear. That would be awesome!
I have 2 posts on Africa Food for Thought on Steemit. Feeding Children. Bringing hope. gives you an overview of the most important things we do.
Impande YeSizwe is a brand new thing for us and it was my second post on Steemit. It is a competition for teachers that is running now until May. Through it, we try to identify, celebrate, reward and hold up to be emulated the teachers who are doing their utmost in a broken system.
Our Facebook page is fairly active and will give you a good idea of current events.
The webpage will also help with more generic info.
I hope this is what you are looking for. I'm new on Steemit and have made nearly no attempt at earning from participating. My main goal has been to improve my writing skills in a community that would actually respond to the quality of my work. How to get people to donate to or get involved with AFFT is not something I have considered. Any advice would be appreciated.
AFFT is registered in every relevant way under South African law and can offer anything from a tax certificate to a BEEE rating.
You might get some donations if you open an account at an exchange and add the bitcoin address to your posts. I followed you now, so will make sure to check in often.
For the rest of steemit...just keep on posting and make friends, and you should do a daily post to get noticed. Tagging is also very important. We should chat some more sometime....I'm on discord as giantbear if you are there?
Not very experienced on discord. Or anything else here, for that matter. But I find it very exciting. Only been able to post about three times a week.Thank you @giantbear. I'm on discord as Reon. Will look you up.
