Thank you! It's so easy to put off our spiritual practice even if we've experienced the benefits of it. It's almost as though the world tries to distract us from working on ourselves. This is where 99.9% of the effort lies, just fighting those distractions every day and making time for reflection, meditation, self-care.
When we push ourselves into this, the Holy Spirit also helps.
