The Okiku Doll, is a haunted doll from Hokkaido Japan. The doll was bought in 1918 by a boy, as a present for his sister, who was named Okiku. Okiku died of an illness, and the family put the doll in a shrine to honor her. The doll originally had a bob haircut, but over the years it’s hair would mysteriously grow. Many believe the doll is possessed by the spirit of the little girl. The hair taken from the doll was tested, and turned out to be human hair. No one knows why it’s hair keeps growing, even after it had been cut.
That's a cool and creepy story! Is that a photo of the actual doll?
