I really hope it was about one of the first aborted transactions. I sent them a total of $28.95. If that isn't good enough!!! If I don't get a card they will get blasted in print... They will become my new blog subject!!!

shoot them a support email, and ask what is going on.

and yes, blast them to hell and back if they keep pulling this stunt

All their email is "no reply" and I called their 800 # and they put you on hold and forget about you. If you can't log into their website you can't contact them. I went to their twitter support page and PM'd them but they don't respond... Hmmmm

Been there, done that! All that is is a list of comments from customers... If you can match your problem with a comment... you can get info that way. When people don't want to interact with customers, that tells me they ain't right!
