Ode to the Bottle
A Sonnet by The Invisible Man

My pink bottle, you inspire me to write.
I love the way you flap, wallow and swim,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the content tim.

Let me compare you to a big cafe?
You are more happy and more sarcastic.
Black breeze flaps the giant dancers of May,
And the springtime has the gum elastic.

How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your hungry feet, smile and eyebrows.
Thinking of your intent smile fills my days.
My love for you is the present carouse.

Now I must away with a pliant heart,
Remember my short words whilst we're apart.
