For the naming ceremony of their twins. Mr and Mrs Bayo invited the best drummers, cooks, jesters, dancers and entertainers from far and fear. The town crier was paid to invite guests from Ode and nearby villages and hamlets. Guests poured in from everywhere.
Being a prominent person in Ode and also a kingmaker, villagers donated foodstuffs, cows, goats, chickens and all that were necesary to make the naming ceremony a memorable one.
The Baale of Odeland also attended the ceremony with his entourage which added more colour and respect to the occasion.
Bayo was ready to spend all he had to make the ceremony the talk of the town several years after it had been done. Guests came, danced wined, dined, donated things, thanked the host and left happily. Even the Baale himself was indeed proud of Bayo.
