A glimpse of its history, Maimun Palace is a relic of the Kingdom of Deli. Founded by Sultan Maimun Al Rasyid Perkasa Alamsyah who is the descendant of the ninth king of Deli Sultanate. The palace was built on August 26, 1888 and newly inaugurated on May 18, 1891.
