In 2009, the prospect of the United States was still uncertain, the CEO said to his staff, "check any machine we need, or the machines that will be used in three years, then order it."
His staffs are wondering: "we have less order now, there is no urgent to use of the machine, why spend valuable cash to order it?"
"We may not need these machines now, but our suppliers need this order, and if they do not have any business, they will close soon," the CEO said.
