Every day is full of something, even though I am not sure what that 'something' is, or I do not remember it clearly.
Time passes by while I fail to remember what I did, and I do not care if my daily life has been productive in aiming toward my goal, sub-goals, or milestones. I am doing something every day, every moment, but without the feeling of real progress or visible outputs. Most of my energy is spent on things that are not worth my time or effort.
What do I want to have in a year, five years, or ten years?
Do I still hold onto that vision, or have I forgotten it while being swallowed up by the chaos of daily life?
I need to draw a clear image of what I want to achieve. Visualize myself in the state of achieving my goals—what does that look like? Create a detailed picture in my mind of where I want to be and how I want to feel when I get there.
Once that vision is clear, I need to remove unnecessary things from my daily life and routine. It’s okay to start small—deleting even minor inefficiencies or unnecessary habits can make a difference. What's important is moving forward step by step.
Simplification Is Key for Strategy
Focus on what I truly want. Focus on what I truly need.
In many cases, I hesitate to throw away unnecessary things because I think, 'I might use this someday.' But the truth is, most of those things will never be used again. Holding onto them only clutters my life and distracts me from what really matters
