Of course you are allowed to have more accounts, I have created 2 for future projects and currently am running @projectnewbie and will start becoming active again on @steemgiveaway. An account for a preferred project is always easier cause you can assign the SteemPower that is collected in it for future funding of the projects.
I have more than one account ; I do not want to be breaking serious rules and getting any part of my mini empire banned and do not want to be causing the websites problems by being seen as trying for unfair crazy rigged advantages, i just why I asked . . .
