Can't handle to be in this situation everyday. Good that my workplace is just a meter away from our house. I was able to take a photo of this when we were on our way going to BIR og na stuck sa grabeng ka ttaffic.
One way to mitigate this issue is a good infrastructure.
I hope the Philippine government will be quick and prudent in implementing one. Else the public will continue to suffer. Even more so in the foreseeable future if this doesn't get solved.
