Hi, this is definitely Commercial Drive but I can't tell you the cross street. This was taken in 2014. I only lived in Vancouver for a few short months. Greetings from Victoria! (followed you back, thank you for the resteem & vote)
Thanks for your feedback @keithboone! It´s years ago as well for me. 😄 I have lived very close to Commercial also for just a few months, while I was traveling through Canada.
