I work very hard on dealing with my stress after I come home from work.
I started with what "I" could control.
I installed some Philips Hue lights and made my barracks relaxing with cool colors.
Then I took my surround sound and I found this guy (in the link below) and made my room sound like a Klingon bird-of-prey. Now I have been dozing off a little faster at night. Hope this helps someone!
