Stress is a way of modern life, and finding ways to reduce and cope with that stress can have a positive impact on our health. A healthy diet may play a role in the effects stress has on the body, according to recent research. A study (http://kyani.us3.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d4546aee1f65af545a9f3e6e3&id=badd9e6dcd&e=379b154b6c) of 52 people with chronic stress showed that ashwagandha may have a positive impact on stress and associated behaviors including eating. Compared to a group who was given a placebo, participants who took the ashwagandha for eight weeks showed that it can support a healthy stress response and eating habits.
