Dear friends,
I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? If this petition gets 99,999 signatures by March 26, 2018, the White House will review it and respond!
We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the White House to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets enough support, the White House will issue an official response.
You can view and sign the petition here:

Here's some more information about this petition:
Allowing student loan debt and educational debt to be discharged in bankruptcy!!!
Current laws does not allow student loans debts and educational debts to be discharged in the bankruptcy, and this has to change. To date there is $1.4 trillion in total U.S. student loan debt. 60 percent of graduates cannot find jobs in their chosen field and most jobs are taken over by the robots and automation. To restore financial health of student debtors, it is imperative to ask the President and the Congress to repeal 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(8), which is an exception to discharge student loan debt and educational debt unless one can demonstrate paying student loans and educational debts would impose undue hardship on him and his depends. The undue hardship is not defined in the statute and the Congress abdicates its legislative role to the courts making laws for them. It must be repealed!
