Hey guys, I'm Noa, I live in the lovely yet stressful Israel, trying to bring some health peace and love into this world :)
I have an almost 11 year old daughter who rock up my world <3
I work as a PSYCH-K facilitator, i help people change their limiting beliefs, getting rid of harmful habits and patterns, reduce stress etc.
What is this PSYCH-K thing, you ask?
well...
Imagine you could snap your fingers and turn your life into your preferred version.
PSYCH-K is a spiritual tool used to change limiting beliefs on the subconscious level.
By doing that we get closer to ourselfs and to what we want in life.
It's well-known that 95% of the time, our lifes, thoughts, feelings, behavior and fate are controlled by the subconscious mind, naturally we would like to keep our beliefs positive and nurturing, do that and your subconscious mind will work FOR you.
PSYCH-K communicates directly with the subconscious level therefor the changes are quick and manifest easily.
I will share with you my thoughts and inputs, experiences with clients, cool stuff about the brain/mind and the power of the subconscious mind and lots of photos of my cats :)
