that's the twitter scammers, they are on every twitter channel and create fake lookalike accounts. I got hit by them on another channels.
Apparently Twitter knows how to close down or silence accounts, but they are not able to fight these fake "giveaway ETH" profiles.
You can connect the dots by yourself...
Twitter seems to do the same as Amazon with their fake vendors and refuse to take action against it.
So probably Twitter and Amazon big folks are themselves deeply engaged into this criminal shit.
