Being rich and famous is not enough. Sure, Bill Gates has the most money, but you're not likely to see him rocking the newest Louis Vuitton shoes or driving a gold plated car..
A baller is someone who's important, has money and spends it. Someone who has a crazy life and people would want to trade places with.
Here is my list of the top ballers nowadays.

Drake is at the top of the hip hop game at the moment, has unlimited options in all areas of life and is only 30 years old. It is reported that Drake has blacked out busses cruising around LA picking up girls at secret locations for his house parties. That's very baller.
