Success is an act of achieving a great thing, it is the achievement of big success but I is not possible for everyone to get successful at the same time.
When you see other people who are succeeding, you need to celebrate with them and even encourage them to do better. The encouragement of success helps people to want to do better or achieve more greatness.
Success should be encouraged in all works of life instead of the usual discouragement that people get. The feeling of discouragement has the power to destroy one’s pursue of excellence and greatness especially if the discouragement is coming from someone you look up to.
Discouragement comes in different forms and ways; people could get discouraged when they are given a look of disapproval or when words of disapproval are spoken to them, imagine someone who constantly goes out to seek employment, he tries all he can to go out and get a good job for himself but when the people who are supposed to give him the job looks at his curriculum vital, they shake their heads in disapproval and he is ordered out of the office into the street to look for more employment opportunities. Such a person is bound to be discouraged and may even not want to try any new thing again.
Some people do not celebrate successful people because of anger and jealousy, they want to be the ones to get all the good things of life, the achievement of success of someone else usually annoys them or makes them unstable and as such encouraging people who are successful is not in their dictionary, instead they look for ways to bring the person down or make the person feel discouraged.
However, the encouragement of success guarantees more success for you too. It is a natural phenomenon that happens in a man’s life, when you encourage people who want to be successful or appreciate what they have done, good things will usually find their way around you that is why it is necessary to learn to encourage and support others on their achievement of success .
