i liked that you merged your habit post with steemit. after reading a big question dazzled my head
i need to have some habits especially work out ones and i don't but at the same time without thinking i followed that habit hacks you mentioned in steemit and worked out pretty well. the question then was why the @@@ i am not doing the same with my work out program :P
haha I hear you. Set up your mind first then go and apply the smallest step you can. Again, once you start with one thing it will lead to the next. Before you know it you will be doing a lot more than you did in the past. Just keep implementing, take massive action! :) You got it.
