One thing is true across all I found on the blockchain technology. With time, patience, some dedication and consistency, value emerges.
And like you said, 2 or 3$ a day may not seem much, but if you compound it, it becomes powerful, plus (and more the kind of thing I am enjoying at the moment) enables you to play with these technologies in a much deeper vertical horizon, which basically is a dream job for engineers/developers and some promoters (don't wanna call it marketing people at this point).
To be honest, I never thought I could invest so much of my time on a technology like this. I have invested a lot on other techs like EOS, and BitShares, but STEEM is still number 1! And for what it looks, will most probably continue to be, unless something very "life-changing" turns my page.
It was nice to discover you @jongolson, didn't knew you (means either that I am not that active, or STEEM is really quite BIG!). Also, I am feeling thrilled about your new project, and I need to spend some time checking if it matches the real work use cases I deal with, on my daily job. And if they do, I am going to reach out for sure.
Cheers and thanks for all the quality work. Top'notch!
appreciate the comments very much. and the connection!
yeah steemsavvy has been my passion for the better part of a year now. i’ve put my all into it but get hung up when it comes to the technical side of things.
my partner and i don’t come from a blockchain background so we are learning as we go and investing our butts into this.
we believe in steem. personally i haven’t been so focused on anything in my life lol

I deeply appreciate people that turn their faces into the UNCOMFORTABLE zone to follow either something they believe in or where their contribution would generate quality value. And then achieve that!
I deal with very smart people every day, and to be considered a sort of GOD Engineer that deals with all sorts of IT stuff and solve their problems as fast as they could imagine, every day, is really an overrated classification (in my end) of what is my daily life work value. Although, it empowers me to do what I really like to do, which has a tremendous value to me: Exploring!
