Here's a recap of my first 3 days as a steemian. First, I'd like to thank everyone for the warm welcome and wishes! That was pretty awesome and I really wasn't expecting that! You won't get that on YouTube or Twiter! I see a lot of genuine people here to hold everyone accountable! Speaking of accountability, I ran into @cheetah bot as well! As you know, I live in the Gulf Coast area of Mississippi where people from all walks of life come for budget vacationing. I could name drop, but it's not really necessary ;). I try to get my entrepreneurial friends from Kansas and other places to visit and network. Millenials should experience and get a dose of all the possibilities the area has to offer, I'm not going to beg them but there really is money to be made here! Maybe I'm just lonely and missing my Kansas family and friends! Did I mention I lived there for 9 years? Anywho, I'm looking into my first business venture here so that I can bring my son along to work with me! I am hoping that I find the wisdom and guidance to help me along with that.
Lightbox still underway, plus a photo session with 'coastalcreativephotos' here in a few days! I'll get hands on studio photography assistance :) I'm really looking forward to that! Besides, that's a perfect venture for my rainy week agenda. I'm hoping to learn more lighting tips and tricks.
Also, I had a lot of trouble uploading my first profile picture, I looked around for a good article and finally figured it out! Easy fix! Did that happen to any of you when you first joined? I'll say my first three days have been a success. Continue to share advice, dos and donts, and I will surely keep notes!
