The health benefits are huge but its not as easy as you would think.

It took me around 3 months to totally get rid of the craving. But now i can refuse sugary foods and drinks no problem

I lost weight and lowered my blood pressure too.

My wife and I went keto a while back, and are enjoying most of the benefits described. We still have some trouble sleeping, but everything else you mentioned is improved.
