Reminds me of visiting Hawaii as a kid... I went back as a teenager and it was a little harder to find. We loved slicing it up and chewing on it.

Great post - interesting facts

thanks for the info..🤗 sugarcane plus squeezed lemon or calamansi.. ooh refreshing!

Here in South Africa we also have lots of sugar cane in the KwaZulu Natal province. I love to chew it raw!

I love freshly squeezed sugarcane and lemon juice. Too bad I can only get that in Singapore .. seeing the sugarcane in your pics have me salivating.

Very interesting- next time I see some at the store, I will try it!
