I think the best teacher you can have is yourself. You can decide to love yourself and you can decide to hate yourself, it is all about our mind set, sometimes we need to get out of our shell to really know who we are but often times we are so afraid to do that. I have made up my mind to be happy at all time. The Bible says " guide the loins of your heart diligently for out of it comes the issue of life" , nothing good can come from an unhappy heart.
