If I were delegated Steem Power I would spend it all on the arts.. I think Steemit is in love with itself (which is lovely).. But I think its important to reward unique content - written or otherwise. I would donate half of the power to award posters to the OpenMic contest run by @pfunk and @luzcypher (a lovely little Steemit community) - a quarter would be distributed to authors with less than 5000SP who post quality unique content - preference would be given to those with a rep between 50 and 60 who have at least 20 posts over the last month. The final quarter I would spread over quality comments on posts (preference again to help newer accounts - but not at the expense of quality). A week isnt a long time - but sometimes a little recognition is all someone needs to continue... I don't wear suits anymore.. even in emoji form ;)
I love your idea ... I think that a core component of steem is the quality of its artists. Delegating to, and paying people who are really passionate about their craft will benefit the platform in a big way.
Nice to have you back and active on Steem old friend! Cool way to support the community, however the terms of the challenge require a suit to win so if you can bare it throw one on a second avatar in the same post. :)
