Such gorgeous purples! And I'm totally feeling you on the subject of computer time, Shellie! I absolutely LOVE working on my photos and art on the computer, and uploading them and posting stories and...my eyes really do NOT like it! I keep taking breaks and making sure to spend time outdoors and...still, my eyes don't like it :/ I think I need to choose to have a personal assistant with 20 year old eyes! 😁 xx

When I was in my 20s I spent a large portion of time at work on computers. I ended up straining my eyes so much I needed glasses. As soon as I quit my job, my eyes recovered. Though I am experiencing a lot of strain again, attempting to use different sized screens, and of course taking breaks and all that, but as you say, "still, my eyes don't like it". Im' sure I will find balance, if only to take some time away and sit in meditation for an extended period of time. All things have their time, with so many blessings along the way.
I totally agree, Shellie - nature (life) is always working towards balance. We need only look to her for guidance (to our own true nature and the life which infuses and informs us) and we will be lead back again to that which serves us best. Everything is a learning tool, looked at correctly. Even the things which cause us pain; and sometimes, those things most of all...Sending you much love, Jay x
