I love waking up with the first lights, watch the sunrise, going to the first yoga class of the day and get things done before lunch, BUT to be honest I struggle to do so, especially during winter. In fact, I get to wake up around nine every day.
Anyway, I took this pic last Saturday, since we woke up at 6.30 and after we slept five hours this was the best reward possible that morning.
The last ten days have been so intense! And that also means less sleeping hours but more sunrises.
Last weekend I was on a three days course of SRT Spiritual Response Therapy from the SRA Spiritual Response Asociation which will continue at the end of this month for three more days.

This week we were preparing for the weekend'Bazaar we attended as an exhibitor with @soulsandsisters' Kitchen Cosmetic Body Lotion.
