Here I talk of growth in the site. #Newborn babies in the #hive might die of #mulnutrition. They may not be fed well. Feeding may come from #encouragement and #upvotes.
Ratio of upvotes may be 1 for #newbies to 100 to #oldies
Why Is That So?
Newbies have a low #reputation. Their #upvotes are small. People give an equivalent vote to the same.
Newbies have fewer friends. There are times when votes go with whom you know. It may look like a #tit-for-tat type of game.
Newbies may be encouraged to #deposit to increase their #reputation.
Newbies are maybe new to the #content needed. They also do not understand their target audience.
We need to benefit from each other. A #hive often works together if we adhere and perform our duties well.
