Small winter for #sunthursday

It has been really cold the last days, though the sun is shining brightly - i love this weather, its healthy.

So on a cold sunny walk you can easily get a bit foolish, and shoot a foolish pic: me and my mum. LOL

I'm confused (as I am most of the time) I get it that you tag the person who initiated the Sunthursday (though you should go back and insert a space between BY and the @ symbol) but what does it mean that someone is hosting it here in steemit?
