Sun Thursday fishing at sunrise

A shot taking just as the sun was rising last weekend at Woodmont Beach, I walked down the beach to get this angle and the silhouettes of the fishermen.
I was at the beach well before sunrise and walked up and down the beach a few times for exercise but also to try and get a feel for what would be good spots to get a shot as the sun rose that morning, checking with an App I have on my phone which shows me the Angle the Sun is going to rise.
The App I use is “The Photographers Empheris”, a very useful App, but it is a paid one and I am sure there may be free ones out there that do the same now, it was the only good one I could find at the time that I got it .

Beautiful shot! And very smart to plan ahead for the sun position!
Its sort of a habit of mine, I look at the forecast to see if its cloudy or clear and then the sunrise or sunset time and position and then decide where to go to :)

Such a beautiful sunset photography and that place looks so peaceful. Colors of sky also look so nice and i love to see this kind of sunset.

Perfect image of nature in it's purest form of beauty! @tattoodjay Doesn't get better than this. Reminds me of watching the sun go down in Key West, Florida at (what used to be) Mallory Square where each night there's a party at sunset. Glad I went there three times, the most recent was about 20 years ago. I'm sure it's ruined now...
