Bill Browder is right. Putin didn't start the Ukraine war because he needed Ukraine. He started the war to keep the minds of the propagandized Russian sheep-people focused on something other than getting rid of putin. He Invented a boogeyman so the sheep-people can cheer for the glorious Russian empire.
After three years, the sheep-people are now tired of fighting the boogeyman who fights back. 800,000 (eight-hundred thousand) of their sons, brothers, fathers and husbands are gone forever. Not one of them had to die because Ukraine was never a threat to Russia. It is impossible for putin to stop the war because he stands on the world stage humiliated and he would look even more humiliated if he gave up. Too bad. A whole big bunch more Russian sons, brothers, fathers and husbands will have to die. The democratic, free West which is a hundred times bigger than Russia is not going to stop helping democratic Ukraine.
