The Weekly - Anticipation
This week we're anticipating an interesting turnout. Last week, we saw a range of fierce competition, which included some regular names in the MMG community, such as: LNIM, Hydrocity, @realms, Nalexander, Anti Reflex, James Bueno, and The Forbidden One, as well as admin favorite Jose Gazza (had to mention our boy). Coupled with some of MMG's fiercest regulars, we also saw remarkable new talents to the MMG scenes, such as: Mirukuchu, Marcusllee, Diamond Miner, & the infamous Commander Ducky (aka Jade) , well known for being the top Bowser Junior player in Florida.
Weekly 34 Review
With The Forbiddone doing a clean sweep to the winners finals, and other top competitors losing to the new talent, which would then later fall to names like Nalexander (ganondorf main) and Anti Reflex, the losers bracket was swarming with brilliant fighters from across the globe. The final rounds of the bracket featured some of the best talent you'll find in an Online or Offline Smash Bros. competition.
In the Winners bracket, we saw a Grand Finals square-off between LNIM and The Forbidden One, who first appeared in the MMG scene last Spring, and has consistently contested for a top spot in MMG's PR rankings since. Despite The Forbidden One's best efforts, at the end of the day, MMG's number ranked player won the event, LNIM (aka The God Link).
Can't wait to get my ass whooped by these guys again. It's been awhile lol
