My post is on health education. Measuring blood pressure (BP) is not a difficult task to do. And with simple instructions, even a non-medical person can measure the BP. Availability of digital machine has made it much easier. But are we measuring the blood pressure accurately? Being a doctor, I see that I am also doing mistakes while checking BP of my patients. Sometimes, I don't have any choice not to do these mistakes due to the people like below picture(not included in my post)!
