I never knew ones voting power could be drained but now I know. Thanks for the educating post. It has really helped me a lot making me a better person on this community. Kind of a newbie, reading posts like this would only make me have a smooth read on way to the top.
For those without 500 steem power, we don't get a slider to decide how much to vote as voting will be 100% voting weight. That will take 2% of your voting power and it takes about slightly more than 2 hours to recharge that a 100% voting weight. I am using esteem a mobile app that allows me to adjust my voting weight under setting. Note that it is always safer to using only your posting key for any app or steemit tools that you use.
