This was one of the most EPIC days on my LIFE!! No where near the biggest day in Nazare, and no where near my best camera work! I was bouncing all over the place with my camera! Plus my vocabulary shrunk down to "Wow, Holy Crap, OMG, and LOOK AT THAT" haha!
I felt so alive among these 20-30 foot peaks! I've never been in such large surf before! I gained a whole new level of respect for the people who ride these Giant Nazare waves! Toby Cunningham and I set out on a super busy day, at least 10-12 jet skis in the water! I wanted to get as close as I could to the action, and Toby was there to keep us out of harms way, and out of the way of any surfers or safety crews. One day I'd like to purchase a water housing for my DSLR camera so I can zoom in on the surfers from a jetski. This footage was all shot on my iPhone!
