You came out of the airport, took offense at the taxi driver, threw things at the hotel and rushed toward the dream. 

Went to the beach, without thinking took surfboard as advised gay-renter for some 100K IDR ($8). Put your new Go Pro. We went into the water, not sailed to the place where the brave guys glide over the crystal clear waves, drank water, very tired and you washed up on the shore, as the whale with enabled Go Pro. Loudly cursed the failed first attempt, making plans to do.

If you went to Bali for surfing and Bintang (the local beer) or club, magic mushrooms  is the error. 

I advise you to start surfing before you buy tickets to the island of Bali. 

To train the balance, it could be the balance-board, slack line, skate and so on. Unable to stand for hours on one foot on the tube, too will have its effect. 

Training of muscles. 

The muscles that are used in surfing are not used in everyday life and training. Start with push-ups, pull-ups, training different groups the press, bottom and a few feet. These exercises will reduce the pain in muscles after surfing. Even the swimming in a pool does not load on the muscles.  Tested! 

Watch video tutorials, so as not to waste time instructor. 

On arrival in Bali, you will begin the exploration of surf, most likely, from the coast to Kuta, Seminyak or Canggu. This sandy beach (beach Break) in the small swell allow you not to injure the psyche. Bukit (the little "appendicitis" in the southern part of Bali, separated by the airport ), it is a Reef Break (the name speaks for itself). If you come for a while, I recommend to take the instructor. You can find it in the Internet, but most likely you will find early. 

So, you have passed the first level. Just continue to train and ride. Moreover you need to surf every day, week, without surfing and line-up as though the first time.

If you want to achieve the level, you have to live here a  half year. But there is a problem after half a year, want more. 

In Your head get all sorts of strange thoughts. The body becomes beautiful, but pliable. You begin to understand, to go with the flow is nicer than will be salmon.
