on this social network, your voting power can not go over 100%. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
who receives votes
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and keeping posting maximises your rewards
