how is this determined
it balances the votes you make and receive to determine your position for the next vote, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
