The best way to start swimming

1.Practice to hold your breath - ( for one month before going to swimming pool) because at swimming pool your first lesson ( by trainer ) to float on water and you have to hold your breath at least 1 min or more. 

2. Be comfortable- don't take stress in water because if you are not comfortable then you will bend your body which causes you can't float on water . 

3. DON'T BENT - never bent you any part of body ( also when paddling ) because if you will bent your body then you will sink in water because of low surface area to water .

4. WHEN PADDLING USE YOUR HIP JOINT - this is the most common mistake which swimmers do. They use their knee joint to paddle on water which causes less thrust released by swimmers.

5. PRACTICE PADDLING AT RAILING SIDE - in swimming you need lots of practice in paddling and you will safe at railing .
