My gf told me they found a swine flu in China, on further inspection it's a disease in pigs that has not been transferred to humans yet. It has similar properties to other swine flus in pigs that moved to humans but it seems like the media wants to scare more people into buying more news about our next impending doom. Honestly there's never been anything like covid19 in 100 years and it's highly highly unlikely that any new flus that move over from pigs or other carriers will be anywhere near as impactful as we are led to believe covid is. It's just so improbable for another flu to be as deadly and transmittable while keeping patients alive long enough.
