SteemitWorldMap Let's make this happen! is a great tool made by @blueorgy and @martibis that allows you to pin your posts to a specific location or browse the world map where ideally every place on the map is a Steemit post. This contest is all about making it popular and encouraging more people to contribute their posts to the map.
We had an amazing turnout for the first ever Steemit World Map Challenge #1 No losers! with 23 interesting, unique and high quality posts. Every contribution is highly appreciated and was rewarded with an upvote. Choosing the winners was very difficult as all contributions were very good but here they are.

Note that they don't need to be a specific lenght and I don't consider length as a mesure of quality. You don't need to write as long of a post as the winners did. It was just a coincidence that long posts won this time, but short can also be good.

I am the one of those who is checking maps, so the Steemit World Map too. Love to see where is the place I am reading about, or to read about a place I am interested in.

Wow what an awesome idea! This also inspires me to continue the blog I started about my trip to southern mexico where I got to see the mayan ruins <3 definitely going to participate

I don't see anything wrong with it.
When I go to the world map, i can see my code but I do not see storys or photos?
I would think the text should form a link to the world map, I do not think it has to be like this?
