Well, the route isn't totally fixed, but sth like Bogota -> Salento for some hiking -> Medellin & Guatapé -> Bucamaranga for some rock climbing -> Santa Marta&Cartagena
Maybe go to El Cocuy as well. I have a time frame of about 2 months, so there might be room for more. I don't want to rush though...
