PAGADIAN CITY is the only place in the Philippines has unique designed of tricycle, and also known in the country as the "Little Hong Kong of the South," 

“Pagadian City tricycles are unique because  they are inclined at 25° to 40° angle. Tricycles here are inclined because of the hilly terrain of the city. They say that it is easier to navigate around with this kind of transportation. "
