The most delicious part of lechon baboy is its crispy skin, with its reddish color, you can’t deny that it really taste good. People really love eating the crispy skin first before they start eating the meat. Others would always pick or have some skin part of the lechon baboy first before anything else. When I was in middle east I promised my self not to eat lechon and even food that has pork.. But it never happened I am so sick of tasting it again after 3 years of not eating it.. Huhuhu
