Muchas personas confunden el concepto de liderazgo, creyendo que sólo los líderes son jefes y poseen el derecho de humillar. Sin embargo, muchos se equivocan con esta idea, ya que considero que un líder es aquel que sabe delegar, dirigir, que tiene habilidades de comunicación, además de saber escuchar para comprender las dificultades de los demás, ya que cuando se sienten escuchados, se abre el camino a su compromiso emocional.

Many people confuse the concept of leadership, believing that only leaders are bosses and possess the right to humiliate. However, many are wrong with this idea, as I believe that a leader is one who knows how to delegate, direct, who has communication skills, as well as knowing how to listen to understand the difficulties of others, because when they feel that they are heard, the way to their emotional commitment is opened.
Todos tenemos sueños asombrosos que siempre aspiramos a alcanzar, pero esto depende de varios factores en el camino. Lo más importante es aprovechar nuestro tiempo y nuestros recursos para alcanzar esas metas. Siempre me he considerado una persona con un liderazgo innato, determinación y un gran compromiso que transforma la situación y me impulsa a seguir adelante.
Por lo que tener la visión y misión para lograr lo que realmente queremos nos da un impulso total para lograr lo que queremos, sin anticipar las situaciones que puedan suceder; solo es indispensable tener la visión de un buen liderazgo para lograr lo que queremos. En lo particular, me gusta involucrarme en todo, me gusta tomar la batuta y ser líder, ya que creo que desde ese momento se empieza a percibir la importancia de un buen líder.
We all have amazing dreams that we always aspire to achieve, but this depends on several factors along the way. The most important thing is to leverage our time and resources to achieve those goals. I have always considered myself a person with innate leadership, determination and a great commitment that transforms the situation and drives me forward.
So having the vision and mission to achieve what we really want gives us a total impulse to achieve what we want, without anticipating the situations that may happen, it is only essential to have the vision of a good leadership to achieve what we want. In particular, I like to be involved in everything, I like to take the baton and be a leader, as I believe that from that moment begins to perceive the importance of a good leader.
Sé que liderar un equipo no es fácil, por eso, amigo mío, te cuento que en una época me gané muchos enemigos gratis, por querer ser líder. Eso sucedió durante mi período de trabajo; tuve la oportunidad de ser nombrado subdirectora y no quise aceptar, porque cuando el personal supo de ese cargo, me estaba ganando enemigos gratis y eso no es beneficioso para mi vida. Creían que iba a actuar de la misma manera que los demás, ya que muchas personas que tienen esos cargos sólo se dedican a mandar y no saben delegar. Creen que ese puesto les permite ordenar y tener a los demás a sus órdenes, limitándose a dar órdenes.
En lo particular, tenía otras ideas que quería implementar para trabajar bien y como un gran equipo, pero cuando escuché todas las cosas que se decían de mí, no quise aceptar ese cargo, así que no lo acepté y todo bien; además, ese es un cargo de gran responsabilidad.
I know that leading a team is not easy, that is why, my friend, I tell you that at one time I earned many enemies for free, for wanting to be a leader. That happened during my work period; I had the opportunity to be appointed assistant manager and I did not want to accept, because when the staff knew about that position, I was earning free enemies and that is not beneficial for my life. They thought that I was going to act in the same way as the others, because many people who have those positions are only dedicated to commanding and do not know how to delegate. They believe that this position allows them to order and have others at their command, limiting themselves to giving orders.
In particular, I had other ideas that I wanted to implement in order to work well and as a great team, but when I heard all the things that were said about me, I did not want to accept that position, so I did not accept it and everything was fine; besides, that is a position of great responsibility.
Entendemos que el liderazgo personal se refiere a guiar nuestras creencias, pensamientos y acciones hacia una misma dirección. Por eso hoy, me considero la líder de mi vida ya que soy una mujer con la capacidad de manejar mi propia vida, soy mi mejor guía, la que sabe hacer y tener lo que realmente deseo en cada momento y, por supuesto, la que se responsabiliza de lo que sucede en ella. En mi casa, también me considero líder porque soy la encargada de guiar, escuchar y oír, soy la guía y respeto para que me respeten y sobre todo, sé delegar con amor.
We understand that personal leadership refers to guiding our beliefs, thoughts and actions towards the same direction. That is why today, I consider myself the leader of my life because I am a woman with the ability to manage her own life, I am my best guide, the one who knows how to do and have what I really want at every moment and, of course, the one who takes responsibility for what happens in it. In my home, I also consider myself a leader because I am the one in charge of guiding, listening and hearing, I am the guide and I respect so that they respect me and above all, I know how to delegate with love.
Así, dirigir nuestra vida garantiza que demos el paso correcto en cada momento e intentemos alcanzar nuestros objetivos con mayor fervor y entusiasmo. Si lo enfocamos correctamente y con determinación, podemos alcanzar un gran éxito y ayudar a los demás en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida.
Thus, leading our lives ensures that we take the right step at every moment and try to achieve our goals with greater fervor and enthusiasm. If we approach it correctly and with determination, we can achieve great success and help others in all areas of our life.
