The following is a photo inventory of cats currently in TARC's care in Azemmour.
Morocco does not, thankfully, have a municipal animal sheltering system in place, nor does it need one. TARC believes the issue of stray pets can be dealt with through aggressive TNR programs and feral colony management. Street dogs and cats do well in most communities, as locals feed them and look after them. The very young animals, though, as well as nursing mothers and cats/dogs with physical disabilities, may need a little more care. Right now we have fourteen dogs and puppies and sixteen cats and kittens in our program awaiting sterilization and release or return to owners.

They're all such darlings. Thank you for taking care of them!
Day by day, we're getting there. Slowly but surely. Every day that I don't wake up to find dead animals is another victory.
A couple of them look like they've been in the wars O_O
Cute little kitties!
They absolutely have been, @ryivhnn. You couldnt have said that better. The conditions they came from... good lord. I don't know if you saw this video or not, but this shows the awful place we took them from. Its narrated in Darija, but there are English subtitles.
Aargh my chest DX
Though I was so happy to see the bowl kitten finally jump out to go play with its sibs XD
I can't even with some people.
We will follow along and send a little to help when we can. =^,,^=
