Dear Steemians,

  • separuh isi buah Alpukat masukkan
    kedalam blender.
  • tambahkan 2 sendok makan gula
    putih.
  • seujung sendok teh, garam
  • lalu haluskan dengan blender,
    tambahkan air sedikit.
  • tuang kedalam gelas
  • setelah itu tambahlan susu coklat
    kental manis diatasnya.
  • lalu taburi emping beras kriuk-kriuk
    diatasnya lagi.
  • siap disajikan, diminum dalam
    keadaan dingin semakin nikmat.

Avocado TEUTHOK AND EMPING RICE CRYSTAL MENU NEW CULINARY ACEH

Dear Steemians,

When traveling back from Banda Aceh, as usual stop briefly at the Horas Saree cafe
to enjoy the culinary specialties of Aceh Teuthok Bananas that have been provided in modern coffee shops aka cafes.

Actually, Teuthok Banana culinary is a culinary ancestor of the people of Aceh that are made in homes that are drunk by sprinkling the chips on top of the kriuk kriuk rice and are now served by adding a little ice cube, it tastes legit and fat.

So that Steemian is not confused, because it sounds a bit strange, I'll explain a little about this culinary. Thok in Acehnese means mashing manually, plus the word Teu means showing work, so "Teuthok" has the meaning of pounding or pounding manually. In the past, my grandmother at home often pounded using a banana stem directly in a glass or cup until it was completely smooth and soft. But when it has been smoothed with
use a blender.

It seems that there is no need to linger anymore for Teuthok Banana, when I arrived at Horas Cafe in Saree, I ordered the Acehnese culinary as usual, it turns out that the bananas were gone when people called it Bu'i banana, so I was confused about what to order, it seemed like I was in a variety of juices. no, lastly the Avocado Teuthok fruit replaces bananas and is still sprinkled with chips on top of the crunchy rice chips.

The ingredients are very simple to make Teuthok Avocados and the way is very easy, namely:

  • Half the contents of the Avocado fruit enter
    into the blender.
  • add 2 tablespoons of sugar
    white.
  • the tip of a teaspoon, salt
  • then blend it in a blender,
    add a little water.
  • pour into the glass
  • After that add chocolate milk
    thick sweet on top.
  • then sprinkle chips with crackers
    on top of it again.
  • ready to be served, taken in
    the cold more enjoyable.

Actually, Teuthok's avocado recipe has never been made before, here
only alternative because it runs out of banana milk. It turns out that the taste emits its own distinctive, has a sense of fat, legit and arouse avocado aroma, like the photos shown here, may be a new menu. Teuthok bananas cause banana aroma and taste sweeter than avocados.
